Creating and Maintaining a Thriving LGBTQIA+ Student Club

Sponsored by Capital Region BOCES, this interactive workshop provides a space for new and experienced advisors of LGBTQIA+ student clubs, such as GSAs, to network, share ideas, and develop skills for supporting LGBTQIA+ student clubs.

Designed to meet the unique needs of groups at every stage -from running for many years to not even having a meeting yet- this workshop explores the roles of advisors, available resources, group structure, and responding to challenges.
