Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide services in my area?

Yes! I’m currently based on the traditional and stolen lands of the Haudenosaunee (renamed as the NY Capital Region). While most of my clients are are located across NY State, others are located throughout the U.S., some with international satellite offices. I am available for long-distance travel or remote services, as are appropriate for each client and project.

What are your rates?

Rates vary depending on the service provided, size and kind of client, and other factors (i.e. small libraries have a different fee scale than large companies). Please contact me for quotes.

How long are trainings?

Through two decades in this field, it has become clear that the more time spent working with a group, the stronger the impact. Remember, you can't cram a 120 credit college education into 30 credits and expect the student will be ready!  Most trainings last 2-8 hours, depending on a number of factors. I understand arranging attendee schedules can be a challenge, so I am happy to deliver trainings in multiple sessions and make other adjustments to accommodate client needs.

Will you be a panelist for my event?

I’d love to! Be prepared to answer my most important question: Who else is on the panel? I’m committed to ensuring that women and people of color have an equitable platform for their voices, perspectives and expertise, for which they are adequately compensated. If that has not been prioritized, I will decline and recommend alternative panelists.

Can I pick your brain if I buy you coffee?

Please see my Consulting & Technical Assistance page and contact me for a quote. Also, I prefer tea and hot cocoa.

Do you have additional trainers, facilitators, or consultants as part of your team?

Lyndon Cudlitz: Consulting, Training & Education does not currently have additional regular employees. I sometimes sub-contract or collaborate with other educators, prioritizing those who are women and/or people of color.

Do you cover content on Intersex topics, Asexuality & Aromanticism, or LGBTQ2S People of Color?

Yes, it is a priority to address these both directly and/or woven throughout all content. However, if you are looking for presentations specific to these, I will refer you to one of my colleagues who hold expertise and life experience in these areas.

Based on the ancestral homelands stewarded by the Mohican & Haudenosaunee peoples since prior to being called the New York Capital Region.
