NYS Sexual and Other Harassment Prevention Training for Small Employers & Solo Practitioners: Ensuring Workplace Compliance, Compassion and Accomplishment

During this training, attendees will:

  • Fulfill their annual NYS Sexual and other Harassment Prevention Training requirement – proof of training acknowledgement and certificate will be provided. Especially necessary for NYS contractors planning t bid on NYS contracts as of January 1, 2019 per the new NYS regulations.

  • Learn more about the appropriate workplace and employee boundaries to best support, engage and recruit employees representing a variety of key gender categories – gender identity, LGBTQ+, etc. – while preventing harassment based on these diverse categories.
