This interactive virtual training series assists library staff in improving access for LGBTQ+ communities. Participants will discuss common challenges encountered by LGBTQIA individuals and their loved ones and explore practical tools for libraries to improve services for these communities. This training will address topics such as communication, privacy, collections, labeling, censorship, and programming. Bring your questions, workshop your ideas, and connect to other library staff to build a stronger network of support for LGBTQIA people of all ages.
